Aguirre further stated that Napoles intends to file plunder against these people, along with other personalities that she intends to name soon who were also benefactors of the corruption scam.
Plunder is a non-bailable complaint.
Aguirre said that this information was relayed to him by Napoles' lawyer, Stephen David.
"Ang mga nabanggit niyang personalities noong nakaraang administrasyon ay sina Secretary Abad, parang kasami rin si Senator Trillanes, Senator De Lima at [former] Senate President Drilon,"
Aguirre said.
Aguirre also revealed that the affidavit submitted by Napoles stated that a Malacañang official claimed the P10 million reward put up by the Aquino administration for her arrest, or for any information that can lead to her arrest.
"As a matter of fact, may sinasabi doon na meron daw P10 million for the arrest, or for any information leading to the arrest of Janet Lim Napoles. Ang hindi malaman kung sino ang nag-claim niyan, if ever it was claimed, 'yung sa reward," Aguirre said.
Aguirre said that if the reward was indeed claimed, a secretary who was "first among equals" could have done it.
Trillanes and Drilon Denies Involvement in PDAF Scam
Senator Antonio Trillanes IV shots down the allegations of Napoles about his involvement with the pork barrel scam.
"I categorically deny any involvement in any irregularity regarding PDAF (Priority Development Assistance Fund), DAP (Disbursement Acceleration Program) or any government funds, for that matter," Sen. Trillanes said.

In addition, Drilon also stated that Aguirre was just using "black propaganda and political harassment" to shut down the opposition.

"Any allegation that I misused public funds or that I coursed it through Napoles or any bogud non-government organization at any point is a blatant lie, Drilon said.
Aside from Napoles, other involved personalities were Sen. Bong Revilla and Jinggoy Estrada who are now under detention at the PNP Custodial Center in Camp Crame.
Senator Juan Ponce Enrile who was also involved was temporary released by the Supreme Court due to humanitarian reasons.
Napoles as State Witness
Aguirre also mentioned that Napoles is being considered to be one of the witness for the re-investigation of the case.
"The credibility of a certain witness depende 'yan sa sasabihin niya. Kung talagang ang testimony nya coupled with documents, there's no reason why she shouldn't be credible," Aguirre said on May 9.
However, Aguirre reiterated that Napoles will not be given any special treatment on her case in exchange for new leads and information about the pork barrel scam.
