Sa tuwing makakarinig kayo ng wang-wang ano ang unang salita ang naiisip niyo?

At para naman sa mga motorista, ano ang dapat niyong gawin kapag may nakita o naaaninag kayo na ambulansiya o bumbero sa gitna ng traffic?

Hindi na lingid sa ating kaalaman na talagang kahit saan tayo magpunta eh napaka traffic naman talaga, na kung minsan nga unti mo pati mga MMDA eh wala nading magawa sa sobrang traffic.

Kaya naman nakakamangha ang ginawa ng isang motorcycle rider na ito na gumawa ng paraan para matulungan na makausad ang isang ambulansiya sa gitna ng traffic sa Quezon City.

Ayon sa report isang netizen ang nakakuha ng kagandaang loob na ginawa ng rider na si Brando Obedencio, sa video na kumakalat ngayon.

Tinulungan ni Obedencio ang ambulansiya na makadaan sa gitna ng traffic, unti-unti niya pinapatabi yung mga sasakyan upang makaraan ito.

At hindi lang dun nagtapos ang kanyang tulong dahil nagpatuloy ito sa kanyang ginagawa hanggang sa makarating sa ospital ang ambulansiya.

Panoorin:

Sa panahon kasi ngayon maraming buwakaw na motorista na sa sobrang trapik wala na silang pakialam na ang importante sa kanila makarating sila sa pupuntahan nila.  At kung minsan pa nga kapag nakakakita sila ng ambulansiya imbes na tumabi sumusunod pa sila o haharangan nila na tila ba naka convoy sila dito.

In a Facebook post on Monday morning October 16, 2017, current Secretary of the Philippine Department of Agriculture, Filipino journalist, writer and agriculturist Emmanuel "Manny" Fantin Piñol burst his silence against Tindig Pilipinas, where the said group is making a lot of noise and everyone seems can't concentrate. 

Piñol is an appointee of President Rodrigo Duterte and has been active in the department since the avian flu virus erupted in San Luis, Pampanga this year. 

He is very active and has been close to the president for 25 years according to his post and unlike Bong Go and Bingbong Medialdea he is never seen always with the president but known Duterte for quite a long time now. 

According to his post, he started it with uplifting the agriculture development in the Cordillera Region and on the later part of it, he cannot control anymore how some people is trying to pull down the President.

Early today, I am supposed to meet with a group of Japanese technical people who have developed a drone which could be used in spraying both chemical and organic pesticides at a rate of five hectares in just one hour.

The Japanese group arrived yesterday for the meeting today with officials of the Fertilizer and Pesticides Authority (FPA), the Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) and the Regional Director of the Department of Agriculture in the Cordillera Autonomous Region.

The purpose of the meeting is to identify an area in Benguet which grows vegetables in terraces as the pilot site for the use of the Drone Sprayer, a revolutionary agricultural innovation which would make it easier for the farmer to spray his vegetable fields even in the most treacherous mountainsides.

The meeting has to be cancelled because of the nation-wide transport strike to be held today prompting Malacañang to declare a non-working day for government offices and no classes in all school levels.

Certainly, the meeting could be rescheduled but I am just saddened that while many other people are spending sleepless nights thinking of ways to improve the plight of the ordinary Filipino, there are groups who are hell bent on bringing this government down.

Since I was appointed by President Rody Duterte as Secretary of Agriculture, I have refrained from writing political commentaries and just focused on my job of producing food for this country.

In fact, I have very strict directives to those working with me in the Department of Agriculture not to join the melee in the social media and just remain focused on our work.

Today, I have to apologise to the followers of this page because I will break my silence on what is going on in the political scene in the hope that my thoughts would shake these people back to their senses.

A group calling itself "Tindig Pilipinas" has been making a lot of noise, distracting everybody from work, in its effort to prove that President Duterte and his family amassed billions before he was elected President of the country.

Now, they have launched a campaign to ask President Duterte to sign a waiver so that his bank accounts could be scrutinised.

The action of this group baffles me and honestly, I am saddened that top leaders of my church are involved in this senseless advocacy.

I am all for checks and balances, transparency and clean governance but I simply cannot comprehend the position of the group in asking President Duterte to account for his actions before he became leader of this country.

Was not the election of 2016 a manifestation of the will of the people that beyond all the issues raised against Duterte during the campaign - murderer, womaniser, contemptuous and corrupt - they wanted him to be their President?

Granting that he is guilty of the issues raised against him during the campaign, was his election as President not an act of absolution by the sovereign people of this country?

I think it is.

But is Duterte really corrupt as "Tindig Pilipinas" claims he is?

I have known Rody Duterte for 25 years now.

While I cannot claim to be as close to him as his confidantes like Bong Go and Bingbong Medialdea, I consider him a dear friend who stood as the only Godfather to my youngest child, Imman, who is now 15 years old.

If Duterte is indeed corrupt, then I could say that he is very good at hiding his loot because I have never seen any display of wealth in the 25 years that I have known him.

Does he have hundreds of millions? I doubt it very much because there is no ostentatious display of wealth.

Thieves steal because they like to enjoy the good life - gambling, wining and womanising. They do not steal to stash their loot somewhere with no one benefitting from it.

All these years that I have known him, Duterte has been living in a low-cost housing subdivision near the public golf course where I play.

He wears simple clothes, eats in ordinary places, appreciates simple gifts from friends and leads a frugal life all these years.

There is simply no way that he has been faking everything for so long, at least for the last 25 years that I have known and befriended him.

I believe what "Tindig Pilipinas" should focus on now is whether Duterte or his family is stealing from government.

The issue is today, not yesterday, because the people have already passed judgement on the Duterte who ran for President and that is the sovereign will of the people.

The greatest scourge of this nation is the mindset of many of us that we are better, more righteous, more correct and more morally upright than the person next to us.

Amidst the noise that they are creating, "Tindig Pilipinas" members should be asked: What are you doing to contribute to nation building?

I remember a boxer many years ago, who in the middle of the fight was receiving so much instructions from his cornermen.

In exasperation, he turned to his cornerman and shouted: "Hwag ka sigaw ng sigaw, hindi ako maka-konsentrit!"

Distracted, he got whacked with a haymaker which sent him to dreamland.

If you cannot see or do anything good, please step aside and let us do our job.

At first proof of corruption, bring us to jail.

In the meantime, do not make so much noise.

Hindi ako maka-konsentrit!

After reading such a magnificent wisdom from the secretary of the Department of Agriculture which we must say had been  working so hard to  deliver his compassion and tasks for the given job entrusted to him by our present leader, he deserves a big round of applause. 

Secretary Piñol truly have a good point on his post that people who don't know much President Duterte keeps on barking and bitterness erupts in them. What is the real motives of these groups that a simple person from Davao that established the city in decades is now trying his best to estavblish the whole country. When will these particular groups of Anti-Duterte will stop? How far do they really know Duterte?

CHANGE IS COMING | Duterte fires 2 execs on TV for delaying Skyway project

President Rodrigo Duterte on Friday, October 13 has reprimanded two officials of the Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission (PRRC) for sitting on needed documents for the Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 Project for an entire year, during his interview with Erwin Tulfo’s “Sa Totoo Lang” aired on state-run PTV 4. 

The tough-talking former mayor of Davao City has vowed to impose his iron-fisted way of ruling to wage a war against corruption and promised change was coming when he won the presidency last year, and one of his campaign promises was to rid the government of corruption.

Duterte said in an interview on government television that what the officials did was subject for dismissal under violation of Republic Act No. 3019, or the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act.

Under RA 3019, public officials are prohibited from causing any party, including the government, undue injury.

The same law prohibits public officials from neglecting or refusing to act on relevant matters or requests before their respective offices without a valid justification.

“Itong dalawa, may pinagawa akong dismissal. Hindi ko nagustuhan. Kasi ang Cabinet members are only allowed one month to act on the papers. Ang mga directors, ulitin ko, 15 days lang kayo. May dalawa dito na isang taon na halos ‘yung papel,” the President said.

“At ‘yun pa namang papel na ‘yung construction firm, na siya ang gagawa ng bridge across San Juan… Ang sabi ko sa kanila, kasi madaliin nga. Ito, almost one day — one year rather — walang ginawa kung hindi mag-upo doon sa papeles,” he added.

The delay caused the postponement of the original completion target by two years, or 2020, and Mr. Duterte blamed the delay on the two PRRC officials.

The President did not disclose the names of the officials, who supposedly wrote him a formal apology with the assurance that it would not happen again.

“Masama talaga ang ginawa nitong dalawa. It delayed the project. So, for almost so many months, nagmamadali nga tayo so that we can have the mobility of the people of Metro Manila moving faster. Itong dalawa, inupuan ‘yan almost one year,” he said.

“Kaya sabi ko, while they sent me a letter apologizing for the delay, I’m telling them now — dito ngayon sa TV — I have fired you actually,” he added.

The Chief Executive then reiterated his commitment to cleanse the government of graft and corruption, which he said, is the key to achieving a more inclusive economic development.

He assured the public anew that corruption and political oppression would no longer thrive in the country and disrupt the growth of the economy.

“I have fired so many government employees… Talagang ‘yung sabi kong ayaw ko ng corruption, ayaw ko ng corruption,” President Duterte said.

He also vowed to go after unscrupulous business corporations and oligarchs who use their power to evade tax obligations and debts to the government.

“Kaya sabi ko nung na-elect ako, bantay kayo kasi wala akong utang na loob sa inyo… And even my friends na ‘yung nagbigay maski konti, anuhin ko talaga. Kung talagang totoo kita, huwag mo akong sirain. Magbayad ka para walang masabi ang tao,” he said.

“I am ready to die for my country… Pero kung makita ko, sabi ko, ‘yung bayan ko na magti-tilt into chaos at ma-destabilize talaga, mag-declare na nga ako ng revolutionary government,” he further warned.

President Duterte also encouraged the Filipino public not to hesitate in reporting their corruption complaints against any agency in government.

“Look, ang sinabi ko nga sa inyo, meron naman ‘yang 8888. All you have to do is just to, sabihin mo, ‘Si Director Ernesto Santos or Ernesto Maceda or Ernesto Vergara, ito director siya, ang papel ko ganito, inupuan niya.’ Period,” he said.

“‘Di pagka umaga, magdating ‘yan dito sa briefer ko ‘yan. Itong mga ganito. So, ‘pag maglabas ‘yan ng mga briefer ko, babasahin ko isa-isa,” the President added.

Last July 18, 2017 an incident along Osmeña Highway corner Gil Puyat Avenue has damaged two private vehicles and five construction workers were injured when the coping beam at the construction site of the Skyway Stage 3 project in Makati City area collapsed that caused heavy traffic on both lanes. 

The case has been filed with the Makati police Traffic Investigation Unit.

The third stage of the Metro Manila Skyway is envisioned to be an elevated 14.82-kilometer tollway from Buendia Avenue in Makati City to Balintawak, Quezon City.

The Skyway was also meant to connect the North and South Luzon Expressways, easing the vehicular traffic in major Metro Manila thoroughfares.

President Duterte publicly required his appointees to follow such rules, he would affirm his commitment to fight corruption, and win over key sectors not only to join his war on graft, but also defend his government against its opponents. So, how we can help Duterte beat corruption?

Do You Support President Duterte To Unfollow Rappler Facebook page?

President Rodrigo Duterte mentioned the Rappler is one of the Philippine media who twisted the truth and wanted to destabilize the government and these media sources are strongly biased toward liberal causes through story selection and/or political affiliation. 

According to a lot of reports around social media, Rappler often published misleading reports that led its readers to hate the president and its supporters. The attempt to destabilize the present regime should be the concern for everyone.

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has warned the destabilizers like communists and opponents who are trying to oust him in power so that they could change the system of the government according to their rule of law of illegal drugs, criminality, and corruption.

The president said on live TV program that he will not hesitate to declare a revolutionary government so that he can go after those people who want to break the peace and order in the government.

Is Senator Antonio Trillanes IV Insecure To Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte?

Senator Antonio Trillanes IV has nothing good to say about President Rodrigo Duterte as he said that the president is a "murderer," linking him to extrajudicial killings in the Phillipines. But, Davao City Mayor and presidential daughter Sara Duterte posted in her social media accounts, saying "tigas ng mukha mo magsabi pamilya ng mamatay tao at magnanakaw kami pero nagtatago ka sa parliamentary immunity. Pakita mo bayag mo, huwag mo itago ‘yan sa Senado." 

Trillanes seems insecure to Sara because he lost in the vice presidential race in 2016 after President Duterte denied him to be a running mate several times. Trillanes, according to the aocial media news, is said to be the "father of fake news" about Duterte's hidden wealth. 

Sara Duterte even called Trillanes as Pinocchio that every time he lies the nose becomes elongated. Aside from Sara, he is labeled as a great pretender by netizens who had been lying with that piece of shit paper of bank accounts without any concrete evidence against the president.

In a blog post of Mr. Alon Calinao Dy, he said, "I think that's a desperate comment of Mr. Trillanes who at the beginning lied to all Filipinos about the hidden wealth of the president. Trillanes will do everything in his power to destroy the present administration and I think he enjoys being the dark side."

It's not the first time that Trillanes lied and I think he enjoyed throwing false allegations to President Duterte. Trillanes, who has parliamentary immunity according to Sara, has been using his power as a senator to spread false statements against Duterte without any solid evidence. 

Sara said that " Trillanes is a paid troll." That's one of the reasons why Filipinos should never trust Trillanes  because of his lies and false accusations. Aside from that, he is also very good with black mail that happened to Senator Dick Gordon and other senators.

Hollywood Action Star Steven Seagal A Big Fan of President Rodrigo Duterte

Hollywood Actor Action Steven Seagal was inspired to shoot a movie here in the Philippines and admitted that he is a big fan of President Rodrigo Duterte as he thinks the president "has been instrumental in making the Philippines a safer place.”

Seagal, who made famous action movies in various countries but most of his movies were in the US soil, said "I don't feel like this is a dangerous place," referring to the Philippines despite the complaints of the opposition Liberal Party about extra-judicial killings and terrorist attack in Marawi City.

Horrific California Wildfires Claimed 31 Lives as Hundreds are Missing

Duterte Supporters We Should be Proud Of

Every day Filipinos heard about avid supporters Mocha Uson, RJ Nieto, Sass, Maharlika, and Bruce Rivera, but there are a lot of Duterte Supporters out there that Filipinos should be proud of because of their huge contributions to our beloved President Rodrigo Duterte.

Dolores Borres, Dr. Edgardo Clemente and Merasol Espinosa are one of these people who relentlessly support the good advocacy of the present administration. Aside from these people, Even Demata, Leomar Tolentino, Imee Callao and others are known to be part of this better change.

Dolores Borres, a loyal supporter of the president, spent most of her available time to several Duterte groups. She is known to be the "Mother" of Duterte fanatics in social media. She's known as a loving and God-fearing person by her close friends. If there are misunderstandings among Duterte loyal supporters, she ensures to settle them.

Dr. Edgardo Clemente, who was born from a rich family and has one of the largest followers around social media, is a certified down-to-earth person and is willing to support President Duterte for the better change of this country. 

Clemente has an online radio station RADYO KILUSANG PAGBABAGO that tackles about politics and what's happening across the Philippines.

Merasol Espinosa, a simple and loving person who   holds one of the largest Duterte groups in social media, has made huge contributions for the success of President Duterte. At first, she seems a very strict person but is a helpful person among Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who need her help. Being a Duterte supporter, she spreads her kindness to Filipino people.

In a blog post of Mr. Alon Calinao Dy, he said, "Dolores Borres, Merasol Espinosa and Dr. Clemente are one of millions of Filipinos who made huge contributions for the success of President Duterte. The truth is, every Filipino deserves rounds of applause for supporting the president."

Every day Filipinos heard about avid supporters Mocha Uson, RJ Nieto, Sass, Maharlika, and Bruce Rivera, but there are a lot of Duterte Supporters out there that Filipinos should be proud of because of their huge contributions to our beloved President Rodrigo Duterte.

Dolores Borres, Merasol Espinosa and Dr. Edgardo Clemente are one of these people who relentlessly support the good advocacy of the present administration. Aside from these people, Even Demata, Leomar Tolentino, Imee Callao and others are known to be part of this better change.

Dolores Borres, a loyal supporter of the president, spent most of her available time to several Duterte groups. She is known to be the "Mother" of Duterte fanatics in social media. She's known as a loving and God-fearing person by her close friends. If there are misunderstandings among Duterte loyal supporters, she ensures to settle them.

Dr. Edgardo Clemente, who was born from a rich family and has one of the largest followers around social media, is a certified down-to-earth person and is willing to support President Duterte for the better change of this country. 

Clemente has an online radio station RADYO KILUSANG PAGBABAGO that tackles about politics and what's happening across the Philippines.

Merasol Espinosa, a simple and loving person who   holds one of the largest Duterte groups in social media, has made huge contributions for the success of President Duterte. At first, she seems a very strict person but is a helpful person among Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who need her help. Being a Duterte supporter, she spreads her kindness to Filipino people.

In a blog post of Mr. Alon Calinao Dy, he said, "Dolores Borres, Merasol Espinosa and Dr. Clemente are one of millions of Filipinos who made huge contributions for the success of President Duterte. The truth is, every Filipino deserves rounds of applause for supporting the president."

Sa kabila ng mga pambabatikos kay Pangulong Duterte meron padin taong lilitaw at handa siyang ipagtanggol kahit kanino man.

Tulad nalang itong Ed Dan Verzola, isa siyang radio host ng PBS Radyo ng Bayan 738 KHZ AM. Lakas loob syang nagbigay ng mensahe kay Pangulong Duterte. At talaga namang maantig ang inyong mga puso sa kanyang sinabi.

Sabi pa nito alam raw ng taong bayan na tama ang mga ginagawa niya para sa bayan. Kaya naman tutol siya sa sinsabi ng pangulo na handa daw ito magbitiw sa kanyang pwesto.

Dagdag pa niya na sila Conchita at Maria Lourders daw ay mga "cheaters" na kinakampihan daw nila diumano ang mga oposisyon at kritiko na tutol sa paraan ng mamamahala ng pangulo.

Pinaalala rin niya sa pangulo kung gaano karami ang bumoto at sumuporta sa kanya para manalo dahil sa paniniwala na siya ang sagot sa ika aayos ng Pilipinas.

Hinamon din niya ng tanong ang pangulo na kung handa raw ba itong iwanan ang mamamayan na umaasa sa kanya.

Sabi pa niya, paano nalang daw kapag ang pangulo ang nagresign automatic na ang papalit ay si Leni Robredo at kapag nangyari iyon maaari daw nitong ilagay sa pwesto ang mga kapartido mula sa Liberal Party na pawang mga tiwali at korap sa gobyerno.

Presidential daughter and Davao Ciy Mayor Inday Sara Duterte calls out senators behind a new cause-oriented group calling on the government to be commited to human rights, peace and the rule of law called "Tindig Pilipinas".

In her recent post in her social media account, after the group told Duterte that Honeymoon is over due to the latest result of the SWS survey. Davao Mayor Sara Duterte can't help not to place tirade and exposed how the following senators seek help in order to be in the position to get vote from Mindanao. 

According to Mayor Sara Duterte, Senator Kiko Pangilinan ask help from her and with the popularity endorsement of the senator's wife Sharon Cuneta to campaign him for President. She also told Senator Risa Hontiveros called her many times during the Senatorial campaign to endorse her in the municipality of Davao City to win the hearts of voters. Mayor Sara Duterte also mentioned Senator Trillanes that once met with President Rodrigo Duterte to endorse him for Vice-Presidential campaign.
