In the United Kingdom a 16 year old girl who was struggling with her sexual identity was s3xually abused by her 54-year old father to make a point: s3x is more "satisfactory" with a male.
Judge Andrew Lockhart who presided over the case stated the following in his sentencing speech:
"As a 16-year-old girl she realised she was gay and, struggling with her [s3xual] identity as many people do at that age, [and] she decided to tell you.
You reacted by showing real and uncontrolled anger, and you decided to rape her to show her why it would be better to have s3x with men [rather] than women. Her evidence made harrowing listening[...] That rape involved degradation and humiliation[...]
The offence demonstrated your hostility towards her as a lesbian"
