This Mysterious White Strange Creature Caught on Video 'Palangoy-Langoy' in Water!

A Facebook user named karla Beronibla posted a video on her account of an unidentified strange creature goes viral on social media.

We have only explored five percent of our planet’s oceans, meaning that there are still millions of species left for us to discover. Last may 7,2017 a video from an facebook user named Karla beroniba spotted something moving up along the sea near of the shore. 

Karla said in the post " So nakatingin kami sa bintana typical na sight seeing... ng biglang may napansin kaming palangoy langoy. We decided to take a video of it... Pero di parin namin alam kung ano to eh... Sa dulo kasi nung video pumunta na sa land. So what could this be? (Binilisan ko ung speed ng video kasi 4 mins...and ung pag ka upload ko ng original video biglang naka landscape weird patayo kasi ung video)"
