It is maybe unusual but this case proves that it’s not impossible. This mom prematurely delivered her child via Cesarean section with the amniotic sac still intact and the baby inside it.
The “amniotic sac” commonly called the bag of waters, it serves as “cushion” for the fetus. It is the thing that allows the fetus to move freely within the mother’s womb. This is also where the baby feeds and develops as it goes through the 9 months in its mom's belly.
Normally, the sac will break as a signal that the baby is getting ready to be born. Or in the case of C-sections, it is broken naturally as the woman is operated on.

When the baby is finally out. It can be seen that it is still curled up, it even responded to the doctor's touch. When the sac was cut open, the baby took its first breath and everyone was relieved to find that it was safe and healthy.
