— Netizen slams 4 senators who questions PRRD decision to terminate VFA before Supreme Court

Netizen blogger Noel Landero Sarifa heavily criticized the 4 senators namely Sotto, Drilon, Gordon and Lacson for questioning President Duterte’s decision before the Supreme Court.

On Facebook, Sarifa reported that the above-mentioned senators went to the Supreme Court challenging the President’s decision to terminate the VFA without the senate’s concurrence. “Senators is challenging a Duterte policy before the High Tribunal. Richard Gordon accompanied Tito Sotto and Lacson and Drilon to the Supreme Court in filing the petition, a petition challenging the President’s unilateral termination of the Visiting Forces Agreement (VFA).”

On the other hand, Sarifa also gave socmed the President’s reaction to the move of senators. “President Duterte said he “refuses to be compelled” by the petition, theorizing that this may just be a political move by senators to win votes from Filipinos in America.”

Sarifa sounded irked and frustrated accused the four senators of being America’s pet dogs. He lamented that rather than making the President’s job easy, they choose to become part of the problem. “While we expect the senators to lighten up the burden of the president, these senators wanted to be part of his headache?

Sarifa went on to pepper the concerned senators and the likes of them a series of questions to convince him otherwise that the VFA has been not helpful or useful to the country since it was signed.

“Ano ba nagawa ng mga US soldiers to prevent China from claiming our seas and lands in West Philippine sea?”

“Sabi nga ni President Duterte if we cannot stand on our own we do not have a business to be a republic. So bakit tayo aasa sa US military?”

Sarifa lamented that some senators do not even contribute to uplift the lives of Filipinos and worse, some are dead weights to the country’s march forward to progress. Pasikat!”

Sarifa accused the senate to be the Head of State and senators wanting to bend the law according to their will when it was their duty to uphold it. “The senate wants to be head of the State.. Galing lang no?

Sarifa ended the post asking how this country will move forward when the President wants to free us from the grip of foreign country while his enemies are pushing us back to the mud.
