Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles of the FB page Luminous by Trixie Cruz-Angeles & Ahmed Paglinawan opened the post by asking a thought-provoking question with regards to the anger that drove the colored people in the US to start those riots.
‘Naiintindihan nyo ba yung galit ng mga oppressed people of color sa US?
Atty. Trixie Angeles then changed gear and localized the context of her question by asking if the poor people in the Philippines don’t have right to get mad at the elites in the Philippines who act like their gods? The elites who oppressed the poor Filipinos, who make laws to benefit their businesses while the poor feed from the breadcrumbs, figuratively speaking, left by the rich.
Atty. Angeles remarked that finally, a President who listens to the poor people got elected; a president whose heart beats for the long suffering poor Filipinos, victims of neglect from the government.
Taragis. May NAKINIG SA ATIN.’
Atty. Angeles acknowledged that President Duterte isn’t perfect but thankful that he is a listening President who coerces and cajoles the powerful people in Congress and the Executive to start looking out for the long neglected poor Filipinos.
Atty. Angeles said the Filipinos have every right to get mad at the Oligarchs who lorded it over for generations in the country wants to oust a President that listens to the poor.
Atty. Angeles said that is why the Duterte supporters speaks in vulgar language because this is the language of a people who suffered in silence from the fake pious Oligarchs and elites.
Atty. Angeles frowned upon at the wokes and elites demanding civility of speech…the bandwagoners who sympathized with Black Lives Matter movement in American and yet, they fail to recognize the anger of the poor Filipinos against the Oligarchs.
Atty. Angeles joked about the wokes not choking while singing the line of a song expressing anger. She said if Filipinos were not angry, Duterte would not have been elected as President.
‘Di na kayo nahirinan sa pagkanta ng linyang, “the voice of angry men.” KAMI YON.
