Former President Cory Aquino’s Presidential Legal Counsel Adolf Azcuna has confirmed the death of former President Noynoy Aquino this morning at the Capitol Medical Center.
The body of the former president is now being tested for Covid-19; sources said the family would decide about wake arrangement if he tested negative.
