New 825-bed student housing headed to downtown Auburn in Fall 2028

AUBURN, Ala. (WRBL) — Plans are in motion to bring a new student housing community to downtown Auburn. Landmark Properties, in partnership with Manulife Investment Management, plan to build The Mark Auburn, a mid-rise, 825-bed student housing building at 141 Wright Street.
