A Display of Abuse in Power! Ombudsman Clerk was very rude and shouted at MMDA Officer Doing His Job

"No one is above the law and no one is below it either."

On Wednesday, a proof this quote was documented on a photo where an Ombudsman employee, who was said to be a clerk of the court had a taste of her own medicine.



Apparently, the woman parked her car at a tow away zone where she was warned by guards but didn't heed to their warning.

So the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) hooked her car where about to tow it away when she rushed to the MMDA employees.

One of them begged her to just cooperate saying, "Mam please maawa naman po kayo sa amin marami pa kaming taskings."

But what shocked them was the crude response of the government official, "Bakit ako maaawa sa inyo!"

Dismayed to what she said, the MMDA people ignored her and signaled the driver to go and tow her vehicle away.

The woman shouted at the man who ordered for the towing, "Pambihira kayo di kayo mapakiusapan hindi man lamang kayo maawa sa akin."

He walked away to reduce the intensity of the argument. According to the MMDA official, he did it because he was tempted to give her a dose of her own medicine.

He turned to her and said, "Bakit ako maawa sa inyo!"

The photo was uploaded by Edison Bong Nebrija, MMDA personnel who ordered for the towing.

Along with his post was the narration of the brief encounter with the woman who was abusing her position as a clerk of the court, making demands to not tow her vehicle despite not minding the previous warning of the guards.

A similar incident happened before where a high ranking official of the government, specifically of the Legislative sector of the government questioned and confronted a lower ranking official than him.

Senator Kiko Pangilinan was denied entry at the Camp Crame to visit the detained colleague Sen. Leila de Lima.

Pangilinan got down from the vehicle and confronted the police official in-charge why did they stopped when they let others enter. The senator told him to tell someone higher-ranked than the police that he will enter.

The senator got so mad, despite the PNP official explaining to him why they weren't able to let them pass.

Apparently, the reason why they let media people enter was because they were have access passes which was earlier instructed for them to secure in order to enter the Camp Crame premises.
