In a blog called, 'Pinoy Ako Blog' a certified dominion of the Yellowtards, published an article wherein they pointed out that Senators Bam Aquino and Risa Hontiveros are the principal sponsors of those bills, and that all credits must go to them.
Looks like these human-like creatures are missing something important.
Blogger and lawyer, Bruce V. Rivera gave them a piece of his mind and a slap of reality.
Through his Facebook post, Rivera responded to their bashing. He said, "Eto ang sagot ko sa kanila: Eh di ibigay sa kanila ang papuri. Ilagay natin sila sa pedestal at sambahin. Koronahan natin ng mga diamante at hiyas. Ipagbunyi sa kalangitan ang kadakilaan ng kanilang puso. Pero hindi yan ang dahilan bakit kami masaya."
Moreover, the yellowtards must keep it in mind that whoever sponsored a law it will never passed without the support of other senators. Given the fact that the President is not made of greed, he will sign a bill as long as it is beneficial for the entire Philippines. He doesn't care who the principal sponsors are, cause if he did, he could've told his allied senators to not support the bill and just wait for a different version that doesn't bear the names of Aquino or Hontiveros. Simple as that.
Unlike the Liberal Party, if a lawmaker is not a part of the majority, it's already considered a good luck if the proposed law passed the first reading no matter how good it is. They never let others get a chance to claim the limelight in the eyes of the Filipinos.
But the President is not the same as them. He wouldn't give a damn whoever sponsored or authored a bill. If its good for everyone, then he will sign it. No questions asked.
Furthermore, Rivera said the pro-Dutertes aren't taking away the credits to the two senators, after all, that's their job, the least they could do is do it right. But, no anti-Duterte has the right to stop us from celebrating because the President never showed greed in power. He signed the bill immediately because it is for the benefit of the Filipinos.

"May nabasa akong talak ng isang dilawan sa Pinoy Ako Blog patungkol sa aking kaibigang si Kat De Castro matapos niyang icongratulate si PRD dahil sa pagpirma nito sa mga bagong batas sa free tertiary education at no deposit sa mga hospitals. Dapat daw kasi kay Bam Aquino at Risa Hontiveros ang papuri at hindi sa Presidente dahil sila ang principal sponsors ng mga batas.

"Kahit sino mang demonyo ang principal sponsor ng isang batas, hindi maipapasa yan kung hindi tumulong ang ibang senador na maipasa. Kung ganid ang ating pangulo sa kapangyarihan at katanyagan, madali niyang gawan ng paraan na hindi isang LP senator ang magiging principal sponsor ng isang importanteng batas. Pwedeng sa House mangagaling ang batas o di kaya pwede niyang kausapin ang mga senador na kaalyado nito na hwag muna ipasa ang batas at hintaying na may ibang version ang maipasa na hindi pangalan ni Bam o Risa ang nakalagay.
"Gawain kaya ng LP yan. Dati, kung hindi ka miyembro ng majority, swerte na kung naipasa sa first reading ang batas mo kahit gaano man ito kagaling. Hindi nila hahayaan na magpapogi ang iba. Sila lang.
"Pero hindi ganyan ang pag-iisip ni PRD. Wala siyang pakialam kung sino ang may akda nito dahil kung nakakatulong sa bayan ang isang batas kasehoda pang si Lucifer ang gumawa nito, suportado ito ni PRD.
"Hindi namin inaalis kina Bam at Risa na angkinin ang tagumpay kasi trabaho nila yan at ginawa nila ng tama. Pero sana naman ay hwag niyo ding ipagkait sa amin ang ipagbunyi ang ating Pangulo dahil hindi siya naging ganid sa kapangyarihan at pinili niyang pirmahan agad ang mga batas na nakakabuti sa karamihan ng mamayang Pilipino kahit gawa pa ito ng mga dilawan.
"May pinuno po tayong totoong namumuno. Yun po ang ipinagbubunyi namin."
No matter who sponsored or authored a bill, it will never become a law until Duterte approves and sign it. Take note of that.
