Good News to all LGBT community! The House of Representative already approved the third and final reading of the Bill for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender that aims to protect their rights.
197 voted in favor for this Bill with Bill No. 4982 also known as the Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity and Expression Equality (SOGIE).

Hindi na bago sa pandinig natin lahat na mayroon tayong naririnig paminsan-minsan na hindi magagandang salita paukol sa mga kapatid natin na nabibilang sa LGBT community.
At sa matagal na panahon tinitiis lamang nila ang mga ito. Kaya naman paniguradong mautuwa ang mga kapatid natin sa pagpapatupad nito.
This Bill prohibits and penalizes discriminatory acts
by a fine not less than P100,000 and not more than P500,000 or imprisonment not less tahn one year but not more than 6 years, or both.
And the existing desk for women's at the police stations will be asked to be renamed as "Women, Children, and LGBTQ++ protection desk" to attend all complaints.
In addition, the Bill also orders the establishments to make their existing toilets to be a gender-neutral toilets.
The Bill will also penalize the following acts:
-Gender profiling.
-Denying or revoking a professional or other similar kind of license, clearance, except marriage license, issued by the government.
-Denying access to public service, including military service including SOGIE as criteria for human resource action.
-Refusing admission or expelling a person from any educational or training institution.
-Denying a person access to public or private medical and other health. services open to general public.
At sa pagpapatupad nito marami sa mga LGBT community na umaasa na sana tanggapin ito ng nakararami ng sa ganun ay makapamuhay sila ng masaya at maayos. Dahil wala naman silang ginawang masama sa mundo para sila pagmalupitan.
Sabi nga ng iba ang physical na pananakit ay gumagaling kagad pero yung emotional matagal gumaling at kung minsan nga bumabalik pa.
