Poe is dizzy. This is the description of former Manila Times publisher Ermin Garcia Jr in reaction to Senator Grace Poe’s decision to call a senate hearing despite the sub judice rule that bars both parties to discuss the case publicly.

Garcia reckoned must not aware but the Senator is putting ABS-CBN in a bind. “In case Sen Poe is not aware, she already laid the predicate for ABSCBN to be charged with contempt of court for sub judice.”

Garcia alerted the public how ignorant or playing ignorant Poe was for thinking that the senate will protect anyone from the sub judice rule because of the principle of the separation of powers in government. “LOOK! She wants ABSCBN to discuss its side of the case so the people will know daw!!!, BOOM! She thinks yata na by holding it inside the senate, ABSCBN will be immune at hindi covered ng sub judice rule! ! Aah OK.”

Garcia can’t help but laugh at Poe’s attempt to make it known that it’s not an official committee hearing therefore, the Monday’s hearing she called does not violate the Constitution. “But she also made it a point to make it known that it’s not an official committee hearing in aid of legislation kaya hindi violation of constitution . Oo nga naman.”

Garcia joked that if this was a Student Council Meeting Poe called in the senate, her resource persons will be covered by the sub judice rule. “ But kung Student Council meeting lang inside the senate eh di her resource persons will be covered by the sub judice rule!! Aray ko po! ”

Garcia remarked that Senator Poe must be feeling dazed by now. “HELO HELO NA ANG MS. POE! “

Garcia wrapped up the FB post by offering a suggestion to Poe to protect ABS-CBN from the sub judice rule and make a lot of people happy. “Suggestion ko po: Mag presscon na lang siya araw araw, isama si VP Leni at magbidahan sila kung ano ang favorite TV program nila para safe ang ABSCBN, masaya pa lahat”
