Now a Super Typhoon, Rolly made first land fall over Bato Catanduanes around 6am this morning.

As of 8 a.m., the eye of Super Typhoon Rolly has made second landfall over Tiwi, Albay.

Metro Manila, Laguna, Batangas , Cavite and Rizal has now been placed under Storm Signal Number 4.
