Prutas Pilipinas..
Dong, Marian and Zia created a short Music Video for Prutas Pilipinas, a song composed by Mr. Ryan Cayabyab to promote our very own fruits.
Marian wrote, “Mahalin ang sariling atin. Let’s teach our children to love and know our local Philippine fruits with the song “Prutas Pilipinas” by national artist Ryan Cayabyab.
Teaching them not only deepens their knowledge about our country, but also provides sustainability for the livelihood and future of Filipino farmers. Kilalanin ang Prutas ng Pilipinas, para sa masigla, magaling at masayang Pilipinas!”
While hee husband, Dong also wrote on IG “So after our pizza meal from Ate Zia the other day, we decided to return the kind gesture by ordering some fruits. To make it more engaging, sinabayan namin nang konting pasayaw-sayaw at kantahan to the tune of Prutas Pilipinas ni Ryan Cayabyab para naman mas ma-appreciate niya ang kahalagahan ng prutas sa ating katawan.
Teaching our kids about healthy food — lalo na ang mga prutas na locally produced, will not only deepen their appreciation of a healthy lifestyle, but also the rich resources of the country and the need to be of help in promoting and sustaining our Filipino farmers’ livelihood.
So, heto ang resulta ng aming teaching-while-performing dessert treat. Dahil sobrang enjoy, pasok na pasok ang one-take 3-cam set up! Haha! Hope you’ll enjoy this as much as we did.
