The Nxled Chameleons added a veteran presence to their youthful roster with the signing of Jannine Navarro.
The former College of St. Benilde Lady Blazers outside hitter recently joined the Chameleons’ roster in preparation for their Premier Volleyball League debut.
Before making her transfer, Navarro previously played for the Quezon City Gerflor Defenders during the last PVL Invitational conference.
In addition to her volleyball career, the 5-foot-8 Navarro, originally from Dumaguete City, also has a background in pageantry, having previously competed in Binibining Pilipinas.
“From pageantry back to volleyball! This player is not just about her grace, but she can also smash that ball on the court too,” Nxled wrote on their social media post.
