COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — The Georgia Chamber of Commerce is holding its annual Congressional luncheon at this hour at the Columbus Trade Center.
This is not a political event, but there are strong political overtones.
Three Republicans who want to unseat Democratic U.S. Sen. Jon Ossoff were in attendance. Former college and NFL Coach Derek Dooley and Congressman Mike Collins were working the room.
Ossoff was there as well.

There were more than 1,000 state business, political, and education leaders in Columbus for the event.
A few minutes ago, the prestigious Jim Blanchard Leadership Award was presented to Columbus' W.C. Bradley Company for outstanding corporate leadership.
If you are a political junkie, this is the room you would have wanted to be in.
WRBL News 3 spoke to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who is considering a run for governor or possibly the Senate.
