GBI arrests Ellaville City Manager Donna McChargue on theft charges

ELLAVILLE, Ga. (WRBL) — Officials with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced on Wednesday that they have arrested and charged the City Manager of Ellaville, Donna McChargue, with 29 counts of theft by taking.
