Fil-American guard Mikey Williams’ return to the PBA has been made official after he was introduced as the newest member of the Converge FiberXers.
The FiberXers announced the arrival of the two-time PBA champion through their social media pages on Wednesday morning.
“The wait is over! Mikey Williams is now a FiberXer.

The former TNT star has been away from PBA action for nearly three years. His last appearance in the league came during the 2023 PBA Governors’ Cup, where he helped TNT capture the championship and earned his second Finals Most Valuable Player award.
Williams’ move to Converge comes after the FiberXers acquired his signing rights from TNT in June last year in a trade that sent guard Jordan Heading to the Tropang 5G
The explosive scorer joins a revamped FiberXers roster that includes Juan Gomez de Liaño, Justine Baltazar, Justin Arana, Alec Stockton, and veteran forward Calvin Abueva as the team continues to strengthen its lineup for the upcoming PBA season. (AC)
