CCTV footage of a maid went viral.
This video just might give you nightmares for weeks!
The hair-raising video features a maid which was supposedly possessed by an evil spirit – who was wandering around a netizen’s home.
The video was shared by the Facebook page “All Singapore Stuff”, which became a viral hit. The Facebook page cites the original footage came from a netizen named “Nurul.”
The caption on the video reportedly said:
“My maid got possessed by ghost in my HDB flat after she came out of the shower.. Lucky mum and kids were not home..
Happened on 23 March 2017”
According to reports, the maid had just come from the bathroom – evident by how wet and messy her hair appears in this spooky video. She was acting very strange with her hunched back as she stared into the camera. The maid pointed towards something in the flat’s corner, but nothing could be seen.
The video then blanks out for a moment before showing that the maid had sat down on the floor.

While many netizens were shocked at this footage, others were skeptical about how real this possession was. Many skeptics were saying that the maid was probably unhappy with working with the original poster of the video.
Fizzy Enzo Lumpkins wrote: “Cb. This kind of fake possession very common. Dont fall for it. My maid did it previously and she confessed that this was what all the other maids told each other to do if they wanted an exit strategy”
Still others were convinced that this video may be the real deal.
Nur Suhaila wrote: “This is freaky. Real or not, I wouldn't keep her after watching this if I were her employer. Having said that it's not uncommon for some Indonesian and Filipino maids to enlist the help of spirits as a sort of "talisman" for protection. I wouldn't rule out possession.”
