Anticipating the effects of Tropical Storm “Gorio” and “habagat,” several schools and local government units have suspended classes for Thursday, July 27.
Below is the list of class suspensions:
All levels:
Manila, Pasay, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas, Parañaque, Pateros, Malabon, Marikina, Zambales, Taytay,Rizal, Cainta, Rizal, San Pedro, Laguna, Meycauayan, Bulacan, Marilao, Bulacan
Susmuan, Pampanga
Arellano University also suspended classes on all levels and all work in all its campuses.
In the nation’s capital, Manila Tytana Colleges suspended classes on all levels.
Meanwhile, the Valenzuela City government announced that there would be no classes from on Thursday from preschool to senior high school and in the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela and Valenzuela Polytechnic College.
In San Mateo, Rizal, classes are suspended from preschool to senior high school on Thursday.
