DAVAO will no longer be hosting the Final Four of the 2019 Philippine Collegiate Champions League after the organizers made changes over coronavirus concerns.
The culmination of the national collegiate tourney has been rescheduled, with the matches now set in Manila on March 7 and 8.
Ateneo, 2-0 in the UAAP-NCAA Challenge, and University of the Philippines, which won the Luzon Regional Championship in Naga, have already qualified for the semifinals.
University of Santo Tomas and San Beda dispute the third spot on Saturday.
The Escandor Cup Vis/Min Regional Championship, originally scheduled Feb. 17 to 20 at Davao City Recreational Center, has also been postponed.
The organizers have yet to announce a new datefor the meet featuring Cesafi champion Southwestern University battling University of the Visayas, Asian College-Dumaguete, Holy Trinity College, MATS College of Technology, and Holy Cross of Davao College for the last semifinal seat.
