Reigning PBA MVP and Gilas pool member Scottie Thompson continued his preparation for the FIBA World Cup despite nursing an injury in his shooting hand.
In a video posted on his Facebook account a few days ago, Thompson conducted a shooting practice using only his left hand.
“ALL LEFT! Araw araw sipag lang!” Thompson wrote in the caption.
The all-around guard sustained a metacarpal fracture in his right hand during Gilas’ training camp in Europe.
With the injury, he will miss the national team’s stint in a pocket tournament in China this week. (MJD)
