Dwight Ramos became an online trending topic on Saturday following the posting of a video in which he was seen riding a motorcycle taxi by his Gilas Pilipinas teammate, Bobby Ray Parks Jr.
The circulating video shows Ramos fixing his safety helmet as he prepares to head home via a Joyride motorcycle taxi after a recent Philippine men’s basketball team practice.
“Happy birthday, fam,” Parks wrote in an Instagram story as he extended his greetings to Ramos on his 25th birthday today.
Netizens were amused by Ramos’ lowkey demeanor, with some expressing their wishes to be the one driving him home.
Ramos and the Gilas Pilipinas team are aiming for a respectable finish as they confront China today in the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup classification round.
