Former Far Eastern University Lady Tamaraws members paid a surprise visit to their alma mater ahead of the opening of UAAP Season 86 on September 30.
Rachel Anne Daquis, Genevieve Casugod, Gyzelle Sy, Gel Cayuna, and Jerrilli Malabanan made a return to FEU to participate in the FEU Pep Rally last Friday.
The former Lady Tamaraws were spotted bonding with the current members of the FEU women’s volleyball team.
Among the five, Daquis was the most decorated Lady Tamaraw, leading FEU to its last UAAP women’s volleyball championship in Season 70 in 2008.
The school retired her No. 3 jersey, and she also contributed to securing two silver medals for the team during seasons 69 and 71.
All five former FEU standouts are currently playing for the Cignal HD Spikers in the Premier Volleyball League.
