Former PBA 3X3 player Roider Cabrera provided an update on his recovery via social media nearly two years after his angioplasty surgery.
In his post, Cabrera shared his progress, which included his attempts to walk again.
According to the former Adamson Falcon, his medications and therapies need to continue, prompting him to ask for financial help.
“With a grateful heart, I want to thank you for your constant prayers, love, and support. Your prayers help me stay in faith and give me strength to move forward each day. Indeed, I am beyond blessed to have a second chance at life,” Cabrera wrote on his post.
“However, with the continuous medications and therapies, we, again, humbly knock into your hearts, as any amount of financial assistance to support my daily medications and therapies will be much appreciated,” he added.
Cabrera collapsed in their dugout after a PBA 3×3 game in November 2021.
