Kinulayan lang? Netizens poke fun at PBA’s ‘money ball’

Some netizens ridiculed the PBA, questioning its purported shortage of funds for the three-point shootout competition on Saturday.

Some observant social media users noted that blue ink was used to mark the money ball in the contest. The money ball in a three-point shootout is typically worth two points.

“Takteng PBA bibili lang ng ibang kulay na bola ‘di pa magawa,” said a post from Facebook page PBA and NBA World.

Here are some comments in the post:

Calvin Oftana emerged victorious in the guard and wing men division, while Raymond Almazan secured the title for the big man three-point shootout. Both players were awarded a cash prize of P30,000. (MJD)
