University of the Philippines star forward Francis Lopez proudly showed off a Ferrari just days after leading the Fighting Maroons to the UAAP Season 87 men’s basketball championship.
In a video posted on his Instagram account, Lopez pointed to the word “CHAMPIONS” written on his shirt before revealing the key to the Ferrari.
In another video, Lopez was seen driving the luxury vehicle at full speed along Daang Hari Road in Cavite.
“Early Xmas gift! Merry Xmas & Happy New Year everyone! #dexter #prettylittlebaby #ferrari #experience,” Lopez captioned the post.
Upon seeing the video, netizens have been asking who among the UP team boosters—current Department of Interior and Local Government Secretary Juanito Victor Remulla or Robina Gokongwei-Pe—gave Lopez the Ferrari.
