COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL)- It was a crisp fall-like morning to mark our Wednesday. Readings dropped into the 50s and 60s across the area. This afternoon, we are tracking nothing but beautiful weather. Highs have warmed into the 80s.

End of the Week: Thursday is set to be another fall morning, with morning lows in the 60s again. Late tomorrow evening, a weak front will lift from the south, bringing rain chances back. Stray showers will be possible starting tomorrow night. Isolated showers and storms will continue on Friday.

Labor Day Weekend: Afternoon readings will dip into the lower 80s for Labor Day weekend, as we track more clouds in the forecast. Morning temperatures will remain in the 60s. Isolated showers will linger through the start of next week. Winds will also be breezy, gusting up to 15 mph.

Next Week: After Labor Day, the stalled front is set to clear. Sunshine will return to our forecast by the middle of the week. Readings will slowly creep back into the upper 80s (highs) and upper 60s (lows).
