Muscogee County Sheriff's Office arrests 3 men in 3-day span for crimes including murder and forgery

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Muscogee County Sheriff Greg Countryman announced that three people were taken into custody in a three-day span for crimes that ranged from felony murder, sexual assault and forgery.

According to Countryman, on Sunday, the Muscogee County Sheriff's Office Collaborative Intelligence Group located and arrested Khaleel Hawkins after a grand jury indicted him on two counts of third-degree forgery.

Then on Monday, the Collaborative Intelligence Group, along with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation West Georgia Gang Task Force, arrested Dorian Rievere.

Reviere had a grand jury indictment with the Muscogee County Sheriff's Office for the felony murder and aggravated assault, according to Countryman.

On Tuesday, the Collaborative Intelligence Group also located and arrested Michael Tillis after he was accused of aggravated sexual battery.

"We won't stop until the criminals do! Nor will we allow those who commit murder or violent crimes to hide in our county," Countryman said in a post on Facebook.
