Smiths Station adds traffic signal to ease congestion along U.S. 280 and Lee Road

SMITHS STATION, Ala. (WRBL) — Smiths Station leaders and engineers have spent weeks working to address traffic concerns at U.S. Highway 280 and Lee Road 379 near the Smiths Station Flea Market.

A new traffic signal has now been installed at the intersection in an effort to ease congestion and improve safety for drivers.
