Pedestrian pronounced deceased in incident near River Road and 35th Street

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Officials with the Columbus Police Department announced on Saturday that a pedestrian has died after being involved in an accident with a vehicle. The incident occurred near River Road and 35th Street. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene. CPD's Motor Squad is leading the investigation.
