Old Woman who Refused to give a neighbor a massage ends up having her EYES SNATCHED!

An elderly woman refused to massage her male neighbor and in exchange, the furious man snatched the poor old woman's eyes.

The unthinkable incident happened on Wednesday inside the victim's house. The elderly woman, Faustina Gelay, 79-year old is a resident of Brgy. Calero in Cebu City.

From the investigations, Manuel Sumalong went to the old woman's house to ask her for a 'hilot' or massage. But Gelay refused because she wasn't feeling well at the time and this made her neighbor mad and attacked the elderly woman later on snatched the old woman's eyes.

According to her grandaughter's husband, they found her lying on the bed and when they helped her sit, one of her eyes fell while the other hanged from the socket of her eye.

"Ayun sa Ma Tenang nakahiga. Pinatayo namin, lumabas na ang mata. Natanggal. Nakalawait ang isa," said Walter Jayson, the grandaughter's husband.

On the authorities follow-up operation, the suspect, Manuel Sumalpong, was found at the market where he resisted from being arrested.



When the people at the market found out that the suspect snatched an old woman's eyes, they weren't able to not do something and chased him then beat him up and was later on had to be taken to the hospital for head injuries.

One of the people who helped to take Sumalpong, "Kasama kami. Pag-arrest namin, tumakbo siya. Naabutan talaga namin. Nahawakan," said Dennis Calma, one of the people who help at the arrest.

Sumalpong will be charged serious physical injury.
