Atom Araullo on Wednesday after the hot topic on social media in the decision of the House of Representative to reduce the 2018 proposed budget of the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) with a vote 119-32 to allocate only P1,000 posted a controversial tweet on his Twitter.
Netizens can't help to react on CHR's Budget for 2018 and even known personalities in media and politics. The Hashtag "Saan aabot ang P1,000 budget mo?" on social media has gone viral.
Majority Leader Rodolfo Farinas could only affirm: “There is no such record as voting was by ‘ayes’ and ‘nays’, which was ultimately done. When the ‘nays’ challenged the ruling of the chair that the ‘ayes’ had it. So, 112 members stood to register an ‘aye’ vote, while 39 stood to vote against the motion.”
After the sizzling issue came up on social media, on a Twitter post of ABS-CBN journalist and Umagang Kay Ganda (UKG) host, a certain tweet captured the attention of netizens and also a particular reply from a Duterte group.
One netizen, also mentioned that his mother Carol, is a member of NPA.

In the said Twitter says, "Tumataas ang presyo ng mga serbisyo at bilihin. Pero di bale, nagmumura naman ang halaga ng buhay at karapatang pantao."
