Olympian boxer Nesthy Petecio enjoyed her visit to the PBA Season 49 opening ceremony on Sunday night.
Petecio, a bronze medalist at the 2024 Paris Olympics, shared a video on Instagram on Monday showing her chatting with Andy Mark Barroca and other Magnolia Chicken Timplados Hotshots players.
“Mga idol,” Petecio wrote. “Gusto ko sana mag 1v1 tayo kaso, nagmamadali ako kaya sunod nlng.
”
In another video, Petecio had a friendly banter with Hotshots center Russell Escoto, where she playfully attempted to punch him in the body.
“Relax lang idol, @neshpetecio. ,” Escoto wrote.
“Ginulat mo kasi ako idol ee. 
,” Petecio responded.
Petecio attended the PBA opening ceremony, serving as one of the muses for the TNT Tropang Giga, alongside fellow Olympian Aira Villegas and Eat Bulaga host Atasha Muhlach.
The Davao del Sur-native amateur boxer was also recognized by the PBA, along with other athletes who represented the country in the 2024 Paris Summer Games.
