Undefeated super bantamweight prospect Carl “Wonderboy” Jammes Martin is set for his long-awaited US debut on March 22 against Jose “El-General” Sanmartin of Colombia.
The fight will be part of the Premier Boxing Champions undercard at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Martin (25-0, 20 KOs) has been training in the US under MP Promotions, the management group of boxing legend Manny Pacquiao.
Sanmartin enters the fight with a 35-9-1 record, including 21 knockouts.
Before heading to the US, Martin secured two victories in Mexico, defeating Anthony Salas and Ruben Garcia on their home turf.
