A Rude Costumer Calls NBI Staff "Patay Gutom" And Demanded to Get Her NBI Clearance ASAP!

A rude costumer of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) made a scene at the NBI office as she persisted to claim her NBI clearance as soon as possible.

The incident happened on July 19. The NBI staff told the woman that they cannot possibly give her her clearance in her demanded time because the woman's name has a duplicate. The NBI staff told her that their protocol requires that at such situation, the costumer can come back after 7-14 days.

However, the said costumer persisted on claiming her clearance, but the office insisted that she come back on the 31st.

Probably agitated for not having what she wanted, the woman started shouting at the staff of the NBI office and threatened them.

A concerned citizen took a video of the incident and uploaded it in the Facebook page, Duterte Video Sccop.

Netizens alos expressed their thoughts regarding the video. Some of them defended the NBI due to their protocol, while some netizens stated their understanding of the woman, pointing out what they deemed to be the flaws of the NBI system.

Facebook user, Jess Agustin, stated his defense of the NBI protocol while expressing his gentle reminder for the rude woman.

Baka first time kumuha ni ate ng NBI clearance... Ate ha, wag ganon. Masyado ka eh," Agustin wrote.

Meanwhile, netizen Gennon Jay Balatero Soriano defended the reaction of the woman, as he Soriano, also pointed out that NBI is also partly to be blamed. Soriano said that NBI has an online site which would have made the application process easier and could have had made the woman's urgent request possible.

What is the use of the internet kung mo kayang ayusin yan," Soriano commented.

There are also netizens who said that both the woman and the NBI office has committed mistake in the situation.
