First on the list and bagging the richest of them all Cabinet members is Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar who have a total amount of P1.42 billion worth of assets with P14.5 million worth of liabilities.

Cabinet members of Duterte's administration recently filed their Statements of Assets and Liabilities (SALN) and the public got hold of most of the secretaries' SALNs.
As people of power and authorities often linked to graft and corruption practices, documents such as SALN of these Cabinet members are released for the public's reckoning.
Upon filing, we listed the richest to the poorest Cabinet members of this administration based on their claims of their assets and liabilities.
First on the list and bagging the richest of them all Cabinet members is Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar who have a total amount of P1.42 billion worth of assets with P14.5 million worth of liabilities.
Next is Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade with P302 million worth of assets, followed by Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi with P163 million against his P2 million worth of liabilities.
Sixth on the list is the infamous Communications Secretary Martin Andanar who claimed to have P152 million under his assets against P18.8 million worth of liabilities.
Andanar is followed by Socioeconomic Planning Secretary Ernesto Pernia who has P105 million worth of assets. However, he also claimed to have a total of P9.6 million balance for an unpaid condominium in New York.
Next on our rich list is Foreign Affairs Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano who has P54.7 million of assets, followed by Trade and Industry Secretary Ramon Lopez with P50.5 million assets. Then followed by Tourism Secretary Wanda Teo with P44.9 million worth of assets.
This set's bottom two are Maza and Mariano.
Second poorest of this batch is herself the National Anti-Poverty Commission Secretary Liza Maza who only has P730,716 worth of assets.
Meanwhile, at the bottom and is the "poorest" among our Cabinet secretaries is Agrarian Reform Secretary Rafael Mariano claimed to only have P273, 629 worth of assets.
Secretary Rafael Mariano did not declare any real property. According to him, his assets only include his clothing which values around P35,000 and P238,629 worth of cash in his bank account.
The SALNs of other Cabinet secretaries were not available, such as that of Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea, Cabinet Secretary Secretary Leoncio Evasco, Jr., Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo, Special Assistant to the President Christopher "Bong" Go, and Environment Secretary Roy Cimatu.
