Kung sa trabaho at iskuwelahan attendance ang unang tinitingnan lalo pagdating sa trabaho napaka importante na lahat ng empleyado ay present kapag may meeting.

Kaya naman bago magsimula ang talumpati ng ating pangulo nakakatuwa na ito ang kanyang unang ginawa at ang maganda pa dito idinaan niya ito sa biro.

Inumpisan ni President Duterte ang pagalala niya sa madalas niyang pagabsent dati sa congreso.

"When I was a member of Congress, my seat was over there, near the seat of the lady with the violent -- not violent, but rather violet dress," he said, pointing to far end of the House of Representatives' Plenary Hall. 

"But I was always absent, together with the Speaker [Pantaleon Alvarez] and [Davao del Norte Rep.] Tonyboy Floirendo who is still absent until today. Ay andyan ba? Sorry. But his propensity started almost 17 years ago when we were members of the 11th Congress," he added, drawing chuckles from the audience.
