Brave netizen chides Sharon Cuneta, Julius Babao, John Lapus & DJ Chacha for mocking Rep. Rodante Marcoleta on Twitter

A brave netizen has ran to the rescue of Deputy House Speaker Rodante Marcoleta after the likes of Sharon Cuneta, Julius Babao, John Lapus and DJ Chacha ganged up on him on Twitter.

The brave netizen was none other than Nick Nañgit of the FB page Nick Nañgit – NCN Law, a lawyer and Duterte admin supporter if you will.

ICYMI, Sharon Cuneta, Julius Babao, John Lapus and DJ Chacha took turns in attacking Rep. Marcoleta in Twitter, saying he was wasting the time of Congress hearing, he was not paying attention to the Poe-led senate hearing wherein all his allegations he raised in Congress were already answered, he made the Congress hearing on ABS-CBN franchise a joke and he was like a drunk Tito who blabbers.

In the FB post with the title “On ABS CBN”, Atty. Nick asked the Kapamilya stars, “Anong sinayang ang hearing, Shawie? Anong not listening, Julius? Anong joke dun, Sweet? At, pake namin sa Tito mo, whoever you are?

Atty. Nick remarked that the pawns of the Kapamilya network are now accelerating in Twitter.

Atty. Nick asked the Kapamilya talents if indeed ABS-CBN have not violated any laws or problems, why is it that Congress did not renew its franchise in 2014? A ver???

Atty. Nick went on to enlighten the Kapamilya talents with regards to the terminologies used in Congress like hearing, that they follow a process and part of the process is making an Opening statement and the hearing does not stop from there and Congress is not a court.

May prosesong sinusunod doon.

In addition, Atty. Nick informed that what they’ve heard in the senate hearing is not binding and final because the details were not thoroughly examined. Atty. Nick took a jab at senate whom he said preferred a resolution rather a franchise law. He recalled the NTC waited for a resolution from Congress and asked if it ever released one and what law NTC would have violated if it fell to the trap laid out by Congress and did not issue a CDO?

Atty. Nick asked the Kapamilya stars why their network refused to answer the questions of Congress since 2014, rather they withdrew their application?

Atty. Nick remarked that if the proponents of ABS-CBN franchise dramatic video presentation, the opponents have their own. He said Rep. Marcoleta can use their hilarious video. He said there was no violation of any law. If there was a violation, he asked what law?

Kung meron, a ver???

Atty. Nick ended the FB post by asking DJ Chacha if she was a party to the conversation?

At saka yung huli, ghorl, kasama ka?  [Link here]
