Ex-PNVF board member Charo Soriano seeks reelection as Tuguegarao councilor

Former Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) officer Charo Soriano has filed her Certificate of Candidacy (COC) for a second term as councilor in Tuguegarao City.

She made the announcement on Instagram on Thursday, October 3, sharing photos of her filing at the local Commission on Elections (COMELEC) office.

The ex-Ateneo Blue Eagle (formerly Ateneo Lady Eagles) first ran for the said position in 2022.

Charo was accompanied by her father, Jeffrey Soriano, who is also seeking to return as the city mayor, and her mother, Eleanor Soriano, when she filed her COC.

In addition to her role as a former board member of the PNVF, Charo is one of the founders of Beach Volleyball Republic (BVR).
