Which is why Trillanes said that they would have to think of charges which they can file to either the Supreme Court or Ombudsman.
"Magsama-sama na lang sila, basta kapag nawala itong si, sa pwesto itong si Duterte, sama-sama yang pupulutin sa kangkungan," Trillanes added.
Justice Secretary Aguirre stands by his Department Order 385 to probe the alleged destabilization plot of the members of opposition.
"I did not and will not revoke it," was Aguirre's short response to media.
However, the Liberal Party-list demanded Aguirre to just revoke his Department Order 385 and "stop the political harassment of members of Congress and the opposition, even as we continue to study our legal options against him".
Liberal Party condemned the DOJ investigation plot against the Duterte administration.
"I would suggest to Sec. Aguirre that he concentrates on the Department of Justice. Do not engage in witch hunting. The propose investigation is hogwash. There is no opposition senator invovled in any destabilization," Sen. Franklin Drilon said.
"Maliwanag na pag ika'y hindi sumasang-ayon sa ilang mga pangyayari o patakbo sa gobyerno, ikaw ay ginigipit. Nandyan na ang fake news, nandyan na ang, eto na nga, pag-iimbestiga. Nandyan ung mga exposé na binabawi rin. So maliwanag na yung ganitong pag-iimbestiga na ang basehan ay, sya na mismong nagsabi, ay meron palang kakulangan, ano pa yan? Edi panggigipit ito. At hindi tama itong panggigipit dahil sa demokrasya tayo," Senator Kiko Pangilinan stated.

Secretary Aguirre also said that if the LP aren't doing anything wrong and not really invovled in such plots, they should just let the investigation proceed.
Senator Bam Aquino said that he would go, however, Sen. Pangilinan stated that we should see first if the investigation is sensible because if it is not, why would the accused LP solons attend the investigations?
The Justice Secretary has already apologized to Sen. Bam Aquino for linking him to the Maute terror attacks in Marawi City. Aguirre admitted that he got confused with all the reports regarding the Marawi siege.
"He said with all the reports that came to him, na-confuse na rin po siya sa mga pangyayari and he promised that he would clarify it again today," Aquino stated.
"He apologized last night. I hope he would apologize when he talks to the public today... Hindi ito bastang-bastang bagay. When you are linked to terrorism... you just can't take it sitting down," he told media.
The senator also said that Aguirre should've verified the information first before making irresponsible statements.
"The fact that our secretary of justice was using false reports or fake news for his own assessment is really damaging to him and our country," he said.
"I think it's plain politicking. Madaling i-link ang mga tao, na perceived na kaaway niyo, to bad things. But again, these are serious matters, hindi dapat ito pinopolitika," he added.
