Chelsea Clinton called Duterte "murderous thug" ; but What Duterte responded Burned Clinton!

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte trashed former U.S President Bill Clinton and of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's daughter, Chelsea Clinton, for attacking him for his rape jokes and comments.

During his speech at the 119th founding anniversary of the Philippine Navy in  in Davao City on Wednesday, the president clarified the his statement was not a joke but a sarcasm and pointed out that he is a man of sarcasm.

"I’m not joking, I was being sarcastic.. I do not laugh at my own joke," President Duterte said.

President Duterte further explained that he did not encouraged his soldiers to commit rape nor abuse their power while Mindanao is placed under martial law but only prompted them his duties and responsibilities if his men did something that goes against human rights.

"May sinabi ba akong mang rape kayo? Ako ang magsagot sa inyo..Because as Commander-in-Chief, I hold responsible for everything and anything that is done as a consequence of Martial Law," he stated.

[Did I say that you should commit rape? I'll answer that for you...]

"I and I alone will be responsible," the president added.

Duterte asked the Clinton's daughter if she ever questioned her own father when he committed abused against women.

"Sabihin ko sa kanya, when your father, the President of the United States[Bill Clinton] then..was sc***ng Lewinsky and the girl there in White house. How did you feel? Did you slam your father?" he said.




Chelsea Clinton called Duterte a "murderous thug" in her twitter post, denouncing his statements while giving a pep talk to soldiers in Iligan.

@kevin_bowen Hi Kevin -Duterte is a murderous thug with no regard for human rights. It's important to keep pointing that out & that rape is never a joke.
Clinton slammed the Philippine president for his war on drugs resulting to more than 2, 500 deaths according to police since the campaign began in July 2016.

LEWINSKY SCANDAL

The Lewinsky Scandal was an American politcal sex scandal which happened 1995 and 1996, involving former President Bill Clinton and the White House's 22-year old intern, Monica Lewinsky.

The scandal only came to light in 1998.

Lewinsky was hired as intern at the White House and later became an  employee at the Office of Legislative Affairs.

Clinton and Lewinsky started an immoral relationship which was confirmed but the former president denied the accusations.
