Journalist Ed Lingao Hits Erwin Tulfo for Overacting on Fake News about Sen. Hontiveros

In a quite lengthy rant of Journalist Ed Lingao in Facebook, he lambasted Erwin Tulfo after the latter bashed the incumbent Senator Risa Hontiveros for allegedly speaking out her support towards the ISIS-linked Maute terror group in an interview with Daniel Razon of UNTV.

The lady senator denied her ties of the terrorist group in a statement. The veteran journalist stated the Hontiveros was only a victim of the fake news.

The veteran journalist slammed Tulfo, his TV5 colleague for creating a 38-minute video rant towards him. Lingao said how can Tulfo rant on something when he didn't even read the contents of his post.

Ed Lingao also clarified the issue that issue about him asking Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP) and TV5 to suspend or fire the radio broadcaster.



He also berated Tulfo and his supporters' comments about his deceased child who passed away a month ago.

"I've been getting quite a lot of these kinds of comments about my child or in posts about my child who died last month. Some from fake accounts, some from real people. Bravo mga hijo! Three or four years from now, gusto kong malaman kung maipagmamalaki pa ninyo ang mga sarili ninyo sa mga anak ninyo," he wrote on Facebook.

Moreover, he accepted Erwin Tulfo's fist fight proposal at the TV5 gym.\
