WATCH: Saclag dominates Korean opponent with 1st round stoppage

Jean Claude “The Dynamite” Saclag made a memorable debut at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on Friday.

The decorated SEA Games athlete displayed striking brilliance, defeating South Korean opponent Lee Jun Young in a flyweight MMA bout at ONE Friday Fights 78.

Saclag’s stand-up superiority was clear from the moment he landed his first shot.

Right from the opening bell, the Filipino spitfire unleashed a barrage of punishing blows that immediately forced Lee on the back foot.

To his credit, Lee tried to keep up, opting to engage Saclag in a firefight.
But Saclag dropped him with a powerful overhand right.

The South Korean tried to regain his footing but was met again with a hail of strikes.

As Lee fell again, Saclag went in for the kill, teeing off with a series of punches that forced the referee to jump in and stop the action at the 1:34 mark of the first round.

With this commanding performance in his promotional debut, Saclag improved his professional record to 3-1, notching his third consecutive stoppage victory.

Meanwhile, Lee dropped to a 5-2 slate after facing the Filipino’s relentless onslaught.
