Some people choose to buy from thrift stores or yard sales just to save money. Others opt to do this rather than purchase new items from stores simply because older objects hold more mystery and beauty in them. Luckily for a few people, the pre-owned things they buy are more than what they bargained for.
A man named Emil Knodell loves rummaging through garage sales. The 67-year-old found a beautiful dresser at a yard sale in Bellville, Texas. This item had a marble top and an intricate wooden finish. He loved it even more when the owner told him that it was almost 125 years old.

It’s obvious that this was already a good deal for Emil since it was worth $100 only. However, once he transferred the object to his truck when he was about to bring it home, he heard jingling sounds coming from inside the cabinet which he originally thought was empty.
He and his friend decided to investigate and find out where the sound was coming from. When they reached the bottom drawer, they found a secret compartment with contents that made their jaw drop.
