On Saturday, police arrested a man close to London's Natural History Museum after his vehicle mounted the pavement and furrowed into pedestrians, harming himself and 10 others in an apparent road traffic collision unrelated to terrorism.
Witnesses and film posted via social media suggested the man was pinned down on the ground by passers-by in the bustling tourist spot.
It said the arrested man was among nine individuals taken to hospital, while two others were treated at the scene. He is at present in custody at a London police station.
Nobody is accepted to have perilous or extraordinary wounds.
The zone, which incorporates the wide, semi-pedestrianized Exhibition Road which keeps running past the Science Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum, is mainstream with families and voyagers, especially on a Saturday afternoon.
