Real Madrid CF is reportedly announcing their acquisition of French football star Kylian Mbappé this week.
According to a post by football scribe Fabrizio Romano, the Los Blancos are now preparing to unveil Mbappé after completing their championship run in the 2024 UEFA Champions League.
“Real Madrid have prepared formal announcement for Kylian Mbappé next week,” Romano wrote on his X account on Sunday night (Manila time). “Kylian will then focus on the Euros and then start Real chapter in July.”

Romano added that the former Paris Saint-Germain FC star’s move to Real Madrid is a done deal, as he already signed all the documents after committing to them last February.
“Every document has been signed, sealed, and completed,” Romano wrote. “Mbappé made his decision in February; he can now be considered a new Real player.”

Mbappé nearly signed with Real Madrid in 2022 but opted to have a contract renewal with the PSG, which he helped to seven Ligue 1 and four Coupe de France championships.
