Kiko Pangilinan Versus Gabby Concepcion: Who Tells The Truth About President Duterte?

Senator Kiko Pangilinan, president of the opposition Liberal Party, has been very vocal and a strong critic of President Rodrigo Duterte in his war on drugs.
Sharon's ex-husband, veteran actor Gabby Concepcion has been resported around social media to be a solid supporter of President Duterte and one of the celebrities who admired the tough president for his policies against illegal drugs, criminality and corruption.
Pangilinan was criticized for the Juvenile Justice Act he authored and for producing young criminal minds who do not fear the rule of law because they can commit heinous crimes without a heavy punishment because they are minors.
In a blog post of Mr. Alon Calinao Dy, he said, "I don't want to blame Senator Pangilinan if his intention is to protect the welfare of the youth, but because of this law, young criminal offenders do not respect and fear the rule of law anymore."
Though President Duterte made a mistake of calling Gabby Concepcion instead of Gabby Lopez as "mukha kang pera," the actor said that people made mistakes as he believes that Duterte is a very good president who would stand for his people and for his country.
Between Sen. Kiko Pangilinan and veteran a
ctor Gabby Concepcion, who tells the truth about President Rodrigo Duterte?
