A young boy was walking by Lake Kurtna Matasjarv. While he was walking, he noticed something very odd. There were tracks that lead to the lake but there wasn't any leading out of the lake. The boy thought that there isn't any possible way that tracks like that would appear there.
Then he became more curious when he saw air bubbles coming out of the lake. An investigation team went to check the lake to see what was going on. They were going to see what was causing the air bubbles. The investigation team knew that the osurce was big.

They decided to pull whatever it was out of the lake. The move started from 9am and happened eight more hours after that. It required heavy machinery and equipment plus steel cables. When the source emerged, no one expected it. It was a full-sized military tank.
The tank had World War 2 identification and markings. It weighs about thirty tonnes and a sixty-eight ton dozer was required to fish it out of the lake. But the effort to get it fully out didn't stop there. People had to dig and pull so much to get the World War 2 tank out of the mud surrounding the lake.

After pulling it, they were surprised that the tank was in good condition considering how long it stayed in the lake. There came a confirmation that this tank was captured by the Soviets during the war. Then the tank was used by the Germans. People believe that the tank was put in the lake purposely. This was done so it cannot be found.
The tank has since then been restored to its running condition. Who would've known that a boy walking by the lake will lead to this discovery?
